Keyholder/Supervisor - Stockroom in Bicester

As part of our Retail team, you'll be joining our store in Bicester Village as our Stockroom Keyholder, on a permanent, full time basis. You'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our stockroom operations, supporting the senior management team in maintaining stock accuracy, product availability, and back‑of‑house standards.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and uphold the Reiss brand through personal presentation, behaviour, and professionalism.
  • Take ownership of stockroom operations, ensuring product is processed, organised, and replenished efficiently to support the sales floor.
  • Assist in opening and closing the store safely and securely, adhering to all security and key‑holding procedures.
  • Ensure the stockroom is maintained to the highest standards of organisation, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
  • Support the team through deliveries, replenishment, and transfers, prioritising product availability during peak trading periods.
  • Work closely with the shop floor team to communicate stock levels, locate product, and fulfil customer requests promptly.
  • Provide clear direction to team members during stockroom tasks, recognising achievements and offering constructive feedback.
  • Support the team through change and daily operational priorities, working effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

  • 1 year minimum experience in a stockroom, operations, or key holder retail role, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion environment.
  • Strong understanding of stock management processes including deliveries, stock takes, replenishment, and loss prevention.
  • Previous experience supporting store operations, including opening and closing procedures and adherence to security protocols.
  • Confidence in leading by example and supporting team members during operational tasks.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both the stockroom and sales floor teams.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure, maintaining brand and operational standards at all times.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with availability to support key trading periods, deliveries, weekends, and peak hours.
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of the Reiss brand aesthetic.
