We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Trainee Product Developer to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed to give you hands-on experience in product development, supporting the journey of garments from initial concept through to delivery. You’ll work closely with designers, suppliers, and internal teams, gaining a strong understanding of costings, sourcing, and sustainability while building the foundations for a successful career in fashion product development.

What you’ll be doing
- Logging new tech packs on trackers and keeping them updated with changes.
- Supporting Product Developers by following up on queries and sample timelines.
- Monitoring sample deliveries, logging them in, and ensuring they are handed over to the right teams.
- Updating costing databases with fabric information and initial supplier costings.
- Assisting with chasing supplier costings and learning how to analyse margins.
- Keeping systems updated with costings and retail prices to support critical path management.
- Helping communicate with suppliers, supporting fabric sourcing, and assisting in developing new options under PD guidance.
- Supporting sustainability initiatives by helping collect certifications and exploring new practices with the CSR team.
