What’s this role about?

As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our beautiful Store in St Albans on a full-time permanent basis as our Store Manager, who is responsible for ensuring the store achieves targets, delivers results with commercial and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Planning the long-term Store goals
  2. Managing the overall store operations and performance
  3. Leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer experience by ensuring a personalised and tailored service is provided
  4. Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control to minimise loss
  5. Ensuring that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
  6. Taking responsibility for recruitment and retaining talent
  7. Conducting regular performance reviews and probation reviews

What you’ll ideally bring to the role

  1. You’ll have previous retail management experience in a similar size operation
  2. A passion for premium or luxury product helps, but we’re open to all retail backgrounds
  3. Have a proven track record of increasing overall business performance
  4. Have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through your team
  5. Be highly visual and have excellent commercial product management skills
  6. Be able to flex between the customer service, operational, technical and visual elements of the role
  7. Be confident working under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  8. Be self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team and individual goals
  9. Be a great people manager, able to bring the best out of your team
  10. Have good written and verbal communication skills
