Join our dynamic Retail team as a Sales Manager, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. In this pivotal new role, you’ll support the management team, ensuring team members are motivated to achieve targets and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver a premium, genuine and tailored customer service experience that exceeds customers’ expectations
  • Act as a role model; inspire and guide the team with dedication, integrity and genuine warmth
  • Drive sales by monitoring the team’s KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service
  • Work with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of the business plan is cascaded throughout the team
  • Provide an in‑depth knowledge of our brand and products to customers and team members
  • Actively engage and undertake duties that support store operations
  • Deliver team briefs and contribute to team meetings
  • Support store management in assisting with team development
