This role is the operational backbone of our People team, ensuring employee data is accurate, processes are delivered efficiently, compliance standards are maintained, and colleagues receive a positive and supportive experience throughout their time with Reiss.

Who you are

  • Highly organised, with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy across employee data, records and documentation.
  • A proactive mindset, with the confidence to drive continuous improvement, support stakeholders and deliver work to a consistently high standard.
  • Confident working with HR systems and Excel, with the ability to maintain trackers and produce reports.
  • A clear and professional communicator, confident in providing guidance and support to employees and managers on People administration queries.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strong GDPR standards.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused, proactive and committed to delivering a positive employee experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, employee changes and onboarding activity.
  • Maintaining accurate employee files, SuccessFactors records and key People trackers, including probation, payroll submissions, references and employee changes.
  • Managing right to work documentation, compliance records and expiry tracking, alongside the People inbox as the first point of contact for employees and managers on administration matters.
  • Generating People documentation including probation confirmations, family leave correspondence, references and investigation or disciplinary meeting invitations.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration, ensuring starter, leaver and employee change information is submitted accurately and on time.
  • Administering employee benefits including Medicash and long service awards and supporting related queries.
  • Producing reports and insights across headcount, absence, turnover, holiday data and engagement survey participation.
  • Supporting induction, exit interview processes, engagement activity, wellbeing initiatives, reward and recognition, and wider People Team projects.

What we’ll do for you

  • Competitive salary and company bonus.
  • Up to 65% employee discount.
  • Access to exclusive sample sales.
  • MetLife Virtual GP.
  • Medicash health support plan.
  • Workplace pension contributions.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
  • Cycle to Work programme.
  • Season ticket travel loan.

  • Access to additional Retail Discounts.
  • Plus, a range of further benefits, including salary sacrifice for tax savings.
