We are seeking a Menswear Merchandising Manager to drive sales, margin, and stock targets across all channels. You will oversee stock management from buying to customer delivery, respond to trading performance, and manage OTB to achieve target stock levels. Strong collaboration with Buying, Design, Production, Finance, Logistics, Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce is the key to success in this role.

What you\’ll be doing

  • Contribute to seasonal strategies with Buying, Design, and Production teams.
  • Manage the planning and buying process, aligning with financial targets, and developing sales and buy plans.
  • Ensure collections are balanced by group and tailored for both UK and US markets.
  • Drive in-season trading by providing insights, analysing performance, and taking action to improve sales.
  • Own the divisional OTB, managing rebuys, cancellations, and continuity business across all regions.
  • Oversee markdown, promotional, and clearance plans to meet stock targets and maximise sell-through.
  • Manage WSSIs to ensure alignment with sales, stock, and OTB positions by category.
  • Ensure timely stock availability, minimising airfreight, and maintaining on-time delivery progress.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure visibility of deliveries and compliance with NTP data management.
  • Foster team development through progression grids, training, and collaborative working relationships.
