  • Ensuring compliance with current H&S legislation and best practice, including reviewing H&S policies and Safe Systems of Work, and attending training to remain up to date.
  • Supporting the preparation and presentation of H&S data, monitoring trends and insight reports, and helping to drive actions from findings.
  • Liaising with external consultants and assessors to support audits, assessments, and compliance activities.
  • Leading or supporting incident investigations (depending on complexity), producing reports and recommending corrective actions.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc store visits and Head Office floor walks, reviewing internal and external H&S assessments, and ensuring all actions are followed up and completed in full.
