We’re looking for a passionate and strategic ESG Manager to lead and evolve our Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives here at Reiss. In this role, you will drive the integration of ESG principles across our business, ensuring we not only meet our compliance obligations but actively promote sustainability, ethical practices, and social impact. What you’ll be doing
- Develop and oversee ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks across departments.
- Collaborate with teams in Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance to embed ESG into business operations.
- Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and reporting frameworks like ETI, DPP, EUDR, CSRD, and CSRDDD.
- Lead our Code of Practice program and sustainability initiatives aligned with NEXT group requirements.
- Manage ESG stakeholder engagement and maintain our carbon data and reduction roadmap.
- Drive ESG risk identification, supply chain mapping, and remediation planning.
- Share ESG updates internally and promote awareness across the business.
- Track industry trends and represent Reiss in key ESG forums and events.
