Role Description
This is a full time position for a hybrid roll with the option to work from home for 3 days a week. We are looking for a candidate with a mixed practice of Family law and UK immigration. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in both family and immigration law with an excellent working knowledge of both. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and submitting applications, conducting legal research, instructing counsel and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration and family law. You will need to be able to work with autonomy and have experience advising new prospective clients specifically related to family law.
Qualifications
- at least 3 years PQE as a solicitor
- Strong knowledge of Family and Immigration regulations
- Experience in independently handling Family and immigration cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and any additional language is a plus
