We are seeking an experienced UK Immigration lawyer to join our team. You will work on a range of immigration matters, with an emphasis on Points-Based System (PBS) applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting delegated and routine legal work in UK Immigration and Business/Corporate Immigration law
  • Attending clients, taking instructions, and preparing cases
  • Drafting cover letters, templates, and other client documents
  • Managing correspondence and implementing supervisor recommendations from monthly file reviews
  • Communicating proactively with team members to ensure timely case completion

Key Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Detailed knowledge of Immigration Rules, the Points-Based System (PBS), and all areas of UK Immigration law including:
  • Skilled Worker visas (replacing Tier 2 General)
  • Innovator and Start-up visas
  • Investor visas (e.g., Global Talent / Innovator investor routes)
  • Spouse, Unmarried Partner, Civil Partner, Adult Dependant, Student, and Visitor visas
  • Immigration Tribunal Appeals and Judicial Review
  • Experience handling both individual and corporate immigration cases
  • Strong client-facing skills, including face-to-face and phone interactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and strong IT / MS Office skills
  • Time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • A self-starter attitude, proactive, and resourceful
  • Team-oriented mindset, understanding and promoting company culture
  • Charismatic and engaging personality
  • Fluency in multiple languages is desirable
