What You Bring to the Team:
- Proven experience in Property Management
- Strong knowledge of Property Management systems & platforms

- A Full NZ Driver's License
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing an individual portfolio of properties and owners
- Marketing vacant properties and conducting viewings with dedicated administration and letting support
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
- Processing applications & tenancy agreements with dedicated administration and letting support
- Conducting routine inspections & reporting using the latest software
- Managing rent arrears & maintenance requests
- Staying up-to-date with Residential Tenancies Act legislation
