Due to growth, we currently have an opportunity for a full-time Property Manager to advance their career and join our award-winning team at Harcourts Grenadier Rent Shop. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Showing and letting rental properties to prospective tenants
  • Day-to-day management of rental properties
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Carrying out routine inspections
  • Organising maintenance and more!

You will be backed by outstanding systems and support; we have administration/accounts support and a dedicated Business Development Manager as well as a full-time Manager working in the business.

To succeed in the role you will also need:

  • To be driven, self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Dedication, resilience and the desire to achieve
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • To be comfortable working autonomously
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
