We are now on the hunt for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, creating high volumes of marketing content for our five real estate offices and Property Management business.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Designing a wide variety of visual masterpieces for both online and offline use
- Creating and formatting marketing materials through desktop publishing workflows
- Producing consistent, professional layouts for property brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
- Collaborating with the marketing team on marketing projects
- Assisting with auctions, events and competitions
- Ensuring every piece of content you create is high-impact and on-brand
- Managing your workflow to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards across high-volume outputs
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of proven marketing experience in a similar role
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Premiere Pro is also a bonus!)
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail & design
- Meticulous attention to detail and a deep passion for marketing
