Harcourts Holmwood is one of Christchurch's most recognisable and high-performing real estate brands - and we’re growing our digital capability. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid digital channels, analytics, and content performance. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and data-driven, with hands-on experience across Meta and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, retargeting)
- Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and platform insights
- Create engaging digital content for ads, social media, and campaigns
- Support agent, property, and brand marketing initiatives
- Test, optimise, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates
About You
- Proven experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Confident working with analytics and reporting
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
