Excellent opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Salesperson. New year. New momentum. Josh Hilbers and Deb Beesley are heading into the new year with a high volume of quality listings and an active buyer database that requires dedicated, professional follow-up. To support this demand, they are looking to bring on an experienced Buyer’s Consultant to focus on buyers and help convert opportunity into results.
Based Bayside working out of the Ferrymead Office but with listings right across Christchurch, this role offers variety, exposure, and the ability to gain great traction in the Christchurch real estate market.
The Opportunity
This is a buyer-focused role centred on strong relationships and confident execution. You’ll be working with qualified buyers, managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and supporting negotiations - alongside two well-established and respected agents. You’ll operate within a stable, high-performing team environment, supported by Harcourts Grenadier’s industry-leading systems, marketing, and leadership.
