- Former or current business owners, franchisees, operators, or directors
- Experienced in SME management, sales, operations, finance, growth strategy, or turnaround
- Familiar with P&L, cashflow, staffing, marketing, scaling, and business systems
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Excited by a performance-based environment with significant financial upside
You’ll need to hold (or be willing to obtain) a Real Estate Licence - full support provided.
