Bayleys Property Management Canterbury are recruiting a Tenancy Manager to assist in the day-to-day management of a large residential property portfolio, working closely alongside a Senior Property Manager. About the Role
As a Tenancy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of residential tenancies, ensuring tenants and landlords receive consistent, high‑quality service while maintaining full legislative compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the day‑to‑day management of a residential property portfolio
- Tenant liaison and relationship management
- Rent collection and arrears management
- Routine inspections and follow‑up actions
- Thorough entry inspections and condition reports
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Preparing and managing tenancy documentation and notices
- Supporting compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation
