- Solution Delivery & Technical Leadership: Design and support scalable business, data and AI-enabled solutions across EMEA, while ensuring alignment with wider enterprise architecture direction. Build and improve data ingestion and transformation pipelines. Introduce automation and reusable frameworks. Provide technical leadership to engineering teams. Support solution selection, architecture governance and design assurance by preparing options papers, architecture views, decision records and implementation recommendations.

- Enterprise Architecture Alignment & Governance Support: Collaborate with central Enterprise Architecture and regional architecture stakeholders to progress EMEA architecture intake, design review and governance activities. Support the EMEA COO and the EMEA strategy office in delivering modern, flexible, business aligned solutions. Align EMEA regional solutions with global standards, technology roadmaps, application portfolio direction, data strategy, AI governance and security-by-design principles. Provide practical architecture support across business capability modelling, requirements traceability, solution options, dependency mapping, risk identification and transition planning.
