Senior Quantity Surveyor - £30m Cat A Refurbishment Location: Zone 1, London Salary: £80,000-£95,000 + Package Sector: Commercial Refurbishment / Decarbonisation   Senior Quantity Surveyor - Central London A contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a high-profile £30m Cat A refurbishment and decarbonisation project in Zone 1.   This is a substantial project with genuine commercial ownership. You will lead the day-to-day commercial delivery, working closely with the project team and with support from the Divisional Commercial Director.   The Role Key responsibilities will include: Leading procurement and commercial management of subcontract packages Managing budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow Overseeing valuations, variations and change control Managing subcontractor accounts and negotiating final accounts Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout delivery Working closely with the client, project team and senior leadership What They Are Looking For A Senior QS with experience taking the commercial lead on substantial projects A strong main contractor background in refurbishment, fit-out or complex building works Confidence managing procurement, reporting, change and final accounts The judgement to lead independently while working closely with a senior commercial director Salary & Package £80,000-£95,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus package.
