Your Next Job - What You'll Be Doing:
This is a key appointment for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for a flagship high-spec residential project in Radlett, due to start at the end of March. You will be based on site full time, driving commercial performance from pre-construction through to final account. You'll oversee cost control, procurement, valuations, variations, subcontractor management and reporting, ensuring tight financial governance on a premium, detail-driven scheme.
Working closely with the Head of Commercial and operational team, you will act as the commercial lead on site. Once this project is complete, you will continue supporting projects across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London, so flexibility to cover these areas is essential. This role suits a confident Senior QS who is comfortable being the main commercial presence on site and thrives in a high-end, quality-focused environment.
