Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you’ll handle pricing, valuations, cost plans, and final accounts, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.You’ll be office-based in Farnham a few days each week, with regular visits to stunning sites across Surrey and beyond. Once settled, hybrid working options are available.Who We’re Looking ForYou’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have 3–5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
• Are familiar with residential projects, ideally high-spec or luxury homes
• Are organised, commercially minded, and confident working with people
