A leading specialist subcontractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Operating across some of London's most prestigious projects, this business delivers technically complex stone masonry, façade, restoration, and heritage schemes. This is a hands-on role for a commercially strong QS with at least 5-6 years post-grad experience, managing packages independently, liaising closely with project teams and clients, and driving commercial performance across specialist subcontract works.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- Preparing tender documentation and analysing returns
- Managing budgets, forecasts, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Attending client, commercial, and project coordination meetings
- Supporting CVRs, reporting cycles, and commercial strategy with the Commercial Director
