The Opportunity
A well-established, privately-owned residential contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Farnham. You’ll take the lead commercially on multiple high-end projects, working closely with senior leadership while maintaining autonomy. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage procurement, valuations, cost control, and client relationships – acting as the commercial lead on your schemes. You’ll initially oversee two live projects, giving you immediate responsibility and impact.
