MEP Quantity Surveyor Essex A well-established Design ll be responsible for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages from procurement through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, ideally with an MEP contractor.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
Experience managing subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, payments and final accounts.
Good contractual knowledge and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively with project teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
