Working closely with office and site teams, your responsibilities will include: Managing construction drawings, specifications and project documents Maintaining document registers, revision records and clear filing systems Issuing and tracking information so teams have access to current documents Using the company's Smartsheet-based document control system Coordinating information between project teams, consultants and subcontractors Monitoring outstanding information and following up with the relevant people Supporting project administration, correspondence and meeting records Using Claude and other digital tools to streamline appropriate administration tasks Visiting the Godalming project to support the site team About the Company The employer is the countryside division of an established luxury residential construction group with nearly 30 years' experience. Based in Farnham, it delivers bespoke private homes across the southern counties, providing a complete service from pre-construction through to finished homes.
