Our highly regarded high spec residential contractor is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team, based at the company's Chelsea office. You'll work closely with the Head of Commercial and two other surveyors, gaining hands-on experience from day one. Upon joining, you'll become involved in two live projects due to commence towards the end of the year. Assistant QSs are empowered to take ownership as the commercial face of two concurrent schemes, with continuous mentorship and support from the Head of Commercial. This structure ensures a steep learning curve and rapid professional development for ambitious individuals. Your primary base will be the Chelsea office, with occasional travel to sites across London and the Home Counties. Initially, you'll have one day of remote working per week, increasing to two once established.
