We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing external façades business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who can confidently manage multiple projects.
The role
- You will oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of up to five façade projects at a time, working closely with clients, contractors, site teams and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project costs, budgets and commercial performance
- Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Reviewing and administering contracts
- Monitoring project risks, costs and profitability
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Producing accurate commercial reports
- Attending site visits and project meetings
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements
About you
- Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within external façades
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts
- The ability to manage up to five projects simultaneously
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive and well-organised approach
- The ability to work effectively with office-based and site teams
