A well-established Design & Build contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across London is looking to recruit an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor. With an enviable portfolio spanning luxury residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed-use developments, the company is seeking someone with strong technical and commercial expertise to manage the financial aspects of MEP packages across multiple projects.

The Role

Reporting into the Commercial team, you will be responsible for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages from procurement through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, ideally with an MEP contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
  • Experience managing subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, payments and final accounts.
  • Good contractual knowledge and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with project teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
