Your Next Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant Site Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this industrial project. Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you’ll gain first-hand exposure to the full site management process, from subcontractor coordination to quality control and health & safety compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring work progresses on time and to specification.
  • Overseeing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and addressing any on-site challenges promptly.
  • Maintaining and enforcing strict health & safety standards, ensuring compliance across all site operations.
  • Collaborating closely with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and material deliveries.
  • Learning the commercial and contractual aspects of site management to develop a well-rounded skillset.

With the steel frame complete and cladding already underway, your role will be instrumental in managing the upcoming fit-out, M&E, and finishing phases, giving you exposure to the entire construction process. Beyond this project, you’ll have the opportunity to move onto other exciting industrial schemes across the Southeast, progressing your career within a company that truly invests in its people.
