Responsibilities

  • Support tender submissions for demolition, groundworks, enabling works, and structural refurbishments.
  • Work within the pre-construction team to contribute to a wide range of projects and high-profile tenders.
  • Take ownership of tender submissions and contribute to project success with values typically ranging from £1m to £10m.
  • Collaborate in a supportive, innovative team environment prioritising safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Estimator, ideally with exposure to tenders for heavy construction or demolition; other construction experience also acceptable.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or an engineering background is advantageous.
