We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in joinery and fit-out to manage projects across London.
You'll oversee delivery from planning through to completion, coordinating joinery packages and fit-out works while keeping projects on programme, within budget and to the required quality.
The role:
- Manage day-to-day project delivery and site teams.
- Coordinate joinery manufacture, deliveries and installation alongside fit-out works.
- Manage subcontractors, procurement and project programmes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and design teams.
- Monitor costs, variations, quality and health and safety.
- Oversee snagging and final handover.
About you:
- Proven experience managing joinery and fit-out projects.
- Strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery and interior finishes. xgikmsk
- Confident reading drawings and coordinating trades.
- Hands-on, organised and proactive
