The role will work in the West EMEA Operations Model, covering all countries within Federation 22 (South Africa, UK, Ireland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark). Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new team members, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and organising orientations and training sessions.
  • Overseeing the management of HR data, ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of employee information within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, emphasising quality control and the effectiveness of management strategies.
  • Conducting employee satisfaction surveys, analysing the results, and developing recommendations to enhance workplace environment and culture.
  • Administering employee benefits, clearly communicating available packages, and responding to related inquiries with precision and empathy.
  • Overseeing the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews to gather valuable feedback and improve retention strategies.
  • Responding to employee inquiries, ensuring that resources for self-service and the knowledge base are current and comprehensive.
