A well-established, global ERP partner is preparing to expand its UK sales team and is therefore seeking a BDR manager to come on board and manage a small team of BDR's whilst also getting involved with outbound lead generation activities. You will be tasked with coaching the BDR's, defining strategy, developing lead generation outreach, reviewing GTM strategy and getting involved with setting up appointments for the field sales team. Targeting mid-market organisations across sectors such as telco/media, financial services, software/technology, wholesale/distribution, manufacturing etc.
The ideal candidate will be methodical, diligent and resourceful with experience working within a commercial SAAS environment in an SDR/BDR manager capacity. SDR/BDR candidates looking for progression into leadership with experience in mentoring/coaching will also be considered. Having won many awards, this organisation is very well respected and continually recognised as a leading partner in the ERP industry. Candidate Skills Required:
- Proven track record of lead generation, prospecting and booking meetings
- Experience in selling SAAS solutions

- A minimum of 3+ years software sales experience within a BDR/SDR capacity
