In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Sales with the main priority and focus being on managing a small team of outbound SDRs to achieve KPIs and targets within the enterprise and professional services sectors.

Our client is looking for candidates with great motivational/coaching skills who can lead from the front. Ideally, you will be ambitious, a good practitioner and have 1-2+ years SDR manager experience having worked for another software organisation within the AI space. Preference is for candidates that have sold AI related solutions; however, our client will also consider SDR managers with experience selling complex products to technical buyers.

  • Proven track record of SDR leadership (1-2+ years)
  • High potential, ambitious, smart
  • Sold AI related solutions or complex solutions to technical personas
  • Minimum of 2+ years software sales experience as an SDR (outbound)
