Location: London

Salary: £60k-£70k BASIC, £100k-£120k OTE + Excellent Benefits

Role: Do you want to work for an organisation that is truly transforming the space they work in, with its AI solution? Backed by some of the world’s leading investors, this is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in a key position as SDR Manager. In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Sales with the main priority and focus being on managing a small team of outbound SDRs to achieve KPIs and targets within the enterprise and professional services sectors. Our client is looking for candidates with great motivational/coaching skills who can lead from the front. Ideally, you will be ambitious, a good practitioner and have 1-2+ years SDR manager experience having worked for another software organisation within the AI space. Preference is for candidates that have sold AI related solutions however, our client will also consider SDR managers with experience selling complex products to technical buyers. Required:

  • Proven track record of SDR leadership (1-2+ years)
  • High potential, ambitious, smart
  • Sold AI related solutions or complex solutions to technical personas
  • Minimum of 2+ years software sales experience as an SDR (outbound)
