Role: This software organisation has an excellent reputation and is one of the world leaders within the engineering sector. Due to this domination, they are currently looking to recruit a focussed, driven and consultative solution sales professional to sell its design/engineering software and services into new and existing customers within the manufacturing sector (engineering/automation). This is predominantly a new business role; however, you will be given some existing accounts to manage and develop with full support from presales and marketing. Covering the Northwest territory, the ideal candidate will be new business led, experienced selling to multi-stakeholders at an enterprise level and have sold software solutions into the manufacturing sector. Preference is for candidates with CAD/PLM sales experience. With some of the best products on the market, our client offers the right candidate the infrastructure and earnings potential to do extremely well and be a success.
Required:
- Proven track record of new business wins and account development
- Experience in selling CAD/PLM or related software solutions
- Sold into the manufacturing sector (engineering, automation)
- Used to selling to multiple stakeholders at an enterprise level
- A minimum of 5+ years IT sales experience
Beneficial:
- Sold mechanical/electrical software and services
- Degree or qualification in an engineering discipline
- A stable career record
