Role: With a strong track record of working with some of the largest Law Firms in the UK, our client is a rapidly growing Legal Tech provider, now looking to hire an experienced Sales Director to run the UK commercial operation. This is a player-manager role, so in addition to managing the sales team, you will also have a focus on securing new business and managing a selection of existing accounts. Responsible for the leadership of a small sales team, the team covers the UK which is split by region. This is a role where you will have to be able to wear many hats and be able to juggle responsibilities. Ideally, we are looking for individuals who come from a Legal Tech sales background, looking for that step into management, or someone who has led a team but would be interested in a player-manager role. The role is fully remote, so a home office setup and the ability to work remotely is imperative. An entrepreneurial mindset and strong organisation are key.
