Overview

As a trustee, you will play a vital role in the strategic direction, governance, and sustainability of our charity, supporting our mission to improve mental health outcomes for young people. Trustees are expected to work collaboratively with the operational team, uphold the charity’s values, and help ensure good governance and ethical decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing policy development
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR, safeguarding, finance)
  • Supporting volunteer recruitment
  • Contributing to external communications strategy
  • Evaluating the charity’s impact
