A City-based business-intelligence company in the media sector is seeking an experienced Systems Manager to manage and enhance its information system built on the Salesforce Platform. The role involves leading and managing a Salesforce support team on a system serving over 500 users globally and consisting of:
- Pardot
- Salesforce Cloud
- Financial Force PSA
- Financial Force Accounting
Systems Manager Required Experience:
- 5 years + of Salesforce experience and 1-2 years as a Salesforce Manager/Product Owner.
- Expert understanding of Salesforce as a CRM solution.
- Expert in the design, implementation and maintenance of Salesforce, ideally in a complex organisation.
- Knowledge of core Salesforce areas with the ability to transform business objectives and functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to lead and manage a Salesforce support team.
- Ability to assign work and drive execution on features/deliverables.
- Ability to write training collateral and run sessions for the user community.
- Experience of acting as a trusted advisor to sales and finance teams.
- Experience in software development lifecycle processes.
- Experience of managing offshore development teams and supplier networks.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
