Graduate Conference Producer (Business Intelligence & B2B Events)

What you’ll do
- Research markets & hot topics
- Deep-dive into an industry to understand what senior leaders actually care about
- Identify the issues, trends and opportunities that matter commercially
- Design the conference or webinar agenda
- Decide which themes, panels and sessions will attract the right audience
- Build programmes that are insightful and commercially successful
- Build relationships with industry leaders
- Approach and invite senior executives and subject‑matter experts to speak
- Network with decision‑makers and build your profile in the sector
- Drive commercial success
- Assess which topics and formats will attract the most delegates and sponsors
- Help ensure each event delivers both impact and profit

What we’re looking for
- Minimum AAB at A level
- 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Top 30 university
- CVs must include detailed A level (or equivalent) results to be considered.
Mindset
- Clear interest in a business / commercial career
- Curious, analytical, and excited by ideas, markets and trends.
Skills
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Confident communicator who can build relationships with senior executives.
- Commercial instinct – this is a for‑profit, private sector role, not public or third sector.
