An established global B2B events company producing high quality, senior-level business conferences is looking for an experienced B2B Event Marketer. You’ll be uncovering consumer insights and delivering creative marketing campaigns for live and virtual events; lectures; courses and webinars. Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing marketing for live and virtual events, webcasts, thought-leadership reports and industry content
- Investigate, test and roll out ideas for building your community, engaging with prospects and cross-promoting products
- Develop strategies and tactics to drive web traffic, monitor and implement improvements for SEO and set up tracking systems for all online marketing activities
- Design and implement Social Media strategy and research current social media trends
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, images & videos)
- Analyse how the brand is positioned and develop targeted consumer insights
- Manage Social Media accounts design e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures etc.
- Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
Requirements:
- Strong academic record with minimum 2:1 degree
- Proven experience as an Event B2B Marketing Manager, Senior Event Marketing Executive or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with one or more of: Salesforce, Marketing automation technology, Social Media campaigns, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Analytical and database tools, HTML and WordPress, Google Adwords, A/B and multivariate experiments
- Comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics
- Organisational and time-management abilities
