We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our Front Office team on a part time basis. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment at the school. The working hours for this role will be 8:00am - 4:30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Term Time only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming telephone calls and emails, responding to queries or directing them appropriately
  • Manage meeting room bookings and maintain the school calendar
  • Receive deliveries and coordinate with relevant teams
  • Sort incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area in collaboration with premises staff
  • Provide general administrative support to the Front Office team
