- Proven experience at Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef level
- Strong focus on fresh food and consistent execution

What will your role look like?
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen
- Deputising for the Head Chef when required
- Being hands‑on during service and leading kitchen sections
- Delivering consistently high standards across members' dining, bar food, society catering, weddings, and private events
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh, homemade food using quality ingredients
- Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and organisational standards
- Assisting with menu development, stock control, and food cost management
