Are you the right person for the job?

Has proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
Is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering exceptional dining experiences
Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
Is highly organised and thrives under pressure
Holds relevant food safety and hygiene qualifications (Level 3 Food Safety Certificate preferred)
What will your role look like?

Take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional food
Design and develop creative menus for the restaurant, events, and special occasions
Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships to maximise efficiency and profitability
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
