As soon as possible, Reigate Grammar School is seeking an organised and approachable School Office Administrator to join our busy Health & Wellbeing Centre. This key role supports students, parents and staff, helping to ensure students are safe, supported and happy throughout their time at RGS.
Role details:
- Two roles available, either full-time or term-time plus.
- The post involves a wide range of administrative and front-facing duties in a busy school environment, including attendance, communications, event organisation and first aid support (training provided).
Applicants should be confident communicators, highly organised, IT-literate and committed to supporting student wellbeing. Experience in education is welcome but not essential.

This role will involve contact with children. Reigate Grammar School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
