An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational and dynamic coach or teacher to lead Football at RGS, building on its rapid growth as a key part of the Games curriculum and co-curricular programme. With strong student uptake, an expanding fixture list, and prestigious partnerships with professional clubs including Chelsea FC, the programme offers a high-performance yet inclusive environment for both boys and girls.

The Head of Football will provide strategic and operational leadership, overseeing all aspects of the football programme while working closely with the Director of Sport and Senior Leadership Team. The role involves leading coaching across all age groups, managing fixtures and events, developing staff, and shaping a modern, aspirational football pathway.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and collaborative practitioner with a strong understanding of contemporary coaching and pedagogy, committed to delivering high-quality experiences and fostering a positive sporting culture. Teaching and pastoral responsibilities may be included for qualified teachers.
