Farnham Town Council are seeking to appoint a Community Enhancement & Projects Officer. An exciting opportunity to make a real difference in your community and help lead a greener future for Farnham! Join our multi-award-winning Farnham in Bloom team and play a vital role in shaping Farnham’s response to climate change and the enhancement of local biodiversity.
You’ll work hands-on with a passionate team of volunteers, local schools, community groups, and the Council’s outdoor workforce to create a more vibrant and sustainable town.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Environment Working Group with key initiatives including Green Flag, Farnham in Bloom, biodiversity, and climate change
- Maintain and develop partnerships with local authorities and voluntary organisations
- Develop and deliver new projects and secure sponsorship/external funding
- Implement plans aligned with the Council’s environmental and community objectives
