We’re growing quickly and are looking for our first dedicated sales hire to help accelerate adoption across the UK property industry.
The Role
As ReHub Studio's Founding Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and helping build the commercial foundations of the company. You’ll own the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities and booking meetings through to product demonstrations, proposals and closing deals. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Following up and converting inbound enquiries
- Running product demonstrations and discovery calls
- Building relationships with estate agents, developers and property marketing teams
- Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting opportunities
- Working closely with the founder on sales strategy and go-to-market initiatives
- Gathering customer feedback to help influence product development
- Helping create repeatable sales processes and playbooks as the business scales
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
- A proven ability to generate and close new business
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Confidence conducting product demonstrations both online and in person
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- A genuine interest in technology, AI and SaaS products
Bonus Points
- Experience within PropTech, MarTech or real estate
- Existing relationships within the UK property sector
- Startup or early-stage business experience
- Experience selling subscription-based software solutions
