Rehlko is seeking a proactive Onboarding Coordinator to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our new starters, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported and set up for success from day one.
This role requires regular travel between our sites in Loughborough, Heanor and Langley Mill.
You will coordinate onboarding activities, build relationships across the business and ensure new employees have everything they need before they start.
