We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Onboarding Coordinator to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our new starters, ensuring every employee feels welcomed, supported and set up for success from day one. This is a varied and people-focused role that requires regular travel between our sites in Loughborough (LE11), Heanor (DE75) and Langley Mill (NG16). You will play a key role in coordinating onboarding activities, building relationships across the business and ensuring new employees have everything they need before they start.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the onboarding journey from offer acceptance through to successful induction.
  • Liaising regularly with new starters, providing support and guidance ahead of their start date.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities with hiring managers and internal departments.
  • Ensuring all onboarding documentation, compliance checks and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Working closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Organising equipment, system access, workplace requirements and induction schedules.
  • Delivering engaging face-to-face company inductions across multiple Rehlko locations.
  • Building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for onboarding queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and onboarding data within internal systems.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve the onboarding experience and processes.

We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with people at all levels and enjoys delivering a first-class employee experience. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment, HR administration or a customer-facing coordination role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • The ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Confidence working independently whilst managing multiple priorities.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily between Rehlko sites using a company pool vehicle.
